Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number once order has been shipped.

How much are the local shipping rates?

All domestic orders below SGD60 will be shipped by courier service at a rate of $5.

For domestic orders above SGD60, we provide complimentary courier delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

International Orders - Malaysia 

Enjoy complimentary shipping to Malaysia for orders above SGD150! 

For orders below SGD150, shipping rates are calculated according to order weight. Once you have added your items to cart and keyed in your shipping address, the shipping rates will be reflected accordingly. 

International Orders - Others 

As shipping rates and schedule have become more unpredictable during COVID-19, please drop us an email at hello@bykurahome.com with your desired items and shipping address to get a more accurate shipping rate quotation.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we can arrange it on working days, subjected to the availability of our courier. Drop us an email at hello@bykurahome.com for more information.

I placed an order but I forgot to use my discount code. What should I do?

Discount codes must be entered upon checkout and cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once your order has been confirmed, no exchange of products or cancellation of order is allowed. All sales are final and we do not provide refund.

I realized I bought the wrong item after receiving it. Can I exchange?

We only accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt, subjected to product availability. Product must be returned in their original condition and packaging. There will be a total of $10 shipping cost for the to and fro deliveries to be borne by the customer.

Can I change my shipping details after order confirmation?

Once your order has been processed, no change of shipping details, including recipient, contact number, and address is allowed.
