Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your parcel’s tracking number once the order has been shipped.

All domestic orders below SGD 60 are shipped by courier at a rate of $5. For domestic orders above SGD 60, courier delivery is complimentary.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Malaysia. Complimentary shipping on orders above SGD 150. Below that, rates are calculated by order weight and shown once you enter your address at checkout.

Everywhere else. Rates and schedules remain unpredictable, so email hello@bykurahome.com with your items and address for an accurate quote.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after the purchase is completed.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to exchange products or cancel it. All sales are final and we do not provide refunds.

Once your order has been processed, shipping details cannot be changed — including recipient, contact number and address.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt, subject to availability. The product must come back in its original condition and packaging. Shipping both ways costs $8 in total and is borne by the customer.
