All points are valid for a 12-month period, and the expiry date is updated every time you earn points. Any unused points after the 12-month period will expire. For example, if you earned 100 points on 10 November 2020 and 50 points on 15 November 2021, your total of 150 points will expire on 15 November 2022.

All rewards except the birthday reward are valid for 90 days from the day of redemption, and can only be redeemed on the purchase of an item.

A sender's $5 referral reward is given as 150 points, redeemable for a BYKURAHOME $5 voucher. The receiver's $5 discount expires in 90 days.

The birthday reward is given on the exact day of your birthday. It can be redeemed once and is valid for 30 days from that date.

Your birthday must be entered into your BYKURAHOME member profile before your birthday to be entitled to the perk in the same year.
