CANCELLATION

Once your order has been confirmed, no cancellation of order will be allowed. If you'd like to exchange for a product in your order, it must be of equivalent value or higher, provided that your order has not been processed yet.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Should there be a defective product or incorrect item in your package, please email us at hello@bykurahome.com within 7 days of receipt. Do include your order number and photos/videos of the said item. 

BYKURAHOME will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective or incorrect items, and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion.

You can choose between the option of having a replacement sent to you, or a refund. For the latter, the value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via the same payment method.

All returns must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.

If you are returning fragile items, please ensure they are packed securely and safely as items damaged during transit will not be accepted for returns.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Should you wish to exchange a product you'd already received, please email us at hello@bykurahome.com within 7 days of receipt. An SGD8 shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. 

LATE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If 7 days have gone past since you have received your package, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
